As a (Senior) Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at tecRacer, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and scaling our B2B demand generation activities. Your goal: to build a predictable pipeline, optimize marketing campaigns based on data, and accelerate our growth in the cloud and AWS environment. You will work with a modern marketing tech stack (including HubSpot, AI tools, and marketing analytics) and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns—from digital campaigns to events to account-based marketing.
You will work closely with Sales, Partner Management, and AWS and have a direct impact on the pipeline, growth, and marketing impact.
This is not classic campaign marketing—it's real demand generation and growth marketing.
Your tasks
Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy
Planning, execution, and management of integrated demand generation campaigns
Orchestration of multi-channel marketing activities, including:
Digital campaigns
Events and webinars
Social media
Email and newsletter marketing
Building scalable campaign structures to increase lead generation and marketing pipeline
Account-Based Marketing & Target Account Strategy
Development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Definition of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target industries
Close collaboration with Sales to prioritize strategic target accounts
AWS Co-Marketing & Budget Responsibility
Ownership of AWS Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
Planning and execution of joint AWS marketing campaigns
Budget management, performance tracking, and ROI reporting
Coordination with AWS Partner Managers and strategic partners
Marketing Automation & AI
Operational responsibility for our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot)
Use of AI-powered tools for:
A/B testing
Budget allocation
Audience targeting
Campaign optimization
Leveraging generative AI to scale content across different ICPs
Data Analysis & Pipeline Impact
Analysis of marketing and campaign data
Use of intent data and lead scoring
Deriving concrete measures to optimize:
Pipeline contribution
Campaign performance
Lead quality
Creation of regular reports for internal stakeholders
Collaboration & Marketing Processes
Close collaboration with:
Marketing team
Sales
Partner management
Business units
Management of external marketing agencies and service providers
Continuous development of campaign playbooks, marketing processes, and reporting structures
Ensuring a data-driven marketing approach across all activities
Job requirements
Must-haves
5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in demand generation
Experience in planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM or marketing automation systems
Strong understanding of KPI and data-driven marketing
Experience with multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social, email)
Structured and analytical approach to work
Enjoyment of strategic thinking and operational implementation
Nice-to-have
Experience in IT, SaaS, or cloud environments
Understanding of the AWS ecosystem
Experience with account-based marketing
Use of AI tools in marketing
Experience with intent data, lead scoring, or marketing analytics
