(Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant - Amazon Connect (m/w/d)

We are looking for reinforcement for our Amazon Connect & Conversational AI team for the role of (Senior) AWS Cloud Consultant - Amazon Connect (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Identification and analysis of use cases and design of complex Amazon Connect environments to optimize our customers' customer service

• Consulting and support for our customers in the implementation of Amazon Connect contact center solutions

• Design and implementation of customer-specific IVR flows, routing strategies, and agent desktops

• Integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB) and third-party systems such as CRM solutions

• Configuring reporting and analytics for real-time and historical contact center data

• Designing and conducting customer workshops and training sessions

• Preparing test concepts and rollout plans

• Working closely with internal teams to develop high-quality customer solutions

• Several years of experience in implementing contact center solutions, ideally with Amazon Connect

• In-depth knowledge of configuring IVR systems, routing strategies, and agent workflows

• Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, GenAI, Conversational AI

• AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or similar are an advantage

• Experience with CTI integrations and API connections

• Understanding of customer requirements and the ability to design technical solutions

• YOU are motivated to work with the latest technologies and continuously develop yourself

• Fluent written and spoken German and English

• Willingness to travel for customer projects

• Team player and strong communicator with a structured approach to work

• You have a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), training as an IT specialist in application development, or several years of professional experience in IT
