Als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bei tecRacer verantwortest du die Skalierung unserer B2B Demand Generation Aktivitäten. Dein Ziel: hochwertige Leads generieren, Marketing-Pipeline aufbauen und unseren Wachstumskurs im Cloud- und AWS-Umfeld beschleunigen. Du arbeitest mit einem modernen Tech-Stack (u. a. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot) und hast direkten Einfluss auf Pipeline, Wachstum und Umsatz.

Kein reines Kampagnen-Setup – sondern echtes Growth Marketing.

Your tasks

Performance marketing & lead generation

  • Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our performance marketing strategy in the B2B environment

  • Development of scalable paid media campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth

  • Management and optimization of the most important channels along the marketing funnel, in particular:

  • Google Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

Campaign Management & Budget Responsibility

  • Responsibility for campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance targets

  • Management and optimization of key metrics such as:

  • Leads

  • Cost per lead (CPL)

  • Conversion rates

  • Pipeline contribution

  • Development of scalable campaign structures for sustainable growth

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Operational responsibility for the HubSpot marketing platform

  • Maintenance, further development, and optimization of:

    • Kampagnen

    • Workflows

    • Lead-Management

    • E-Mail-Marketing

    • Reporting

Newsletter & email marketing

  • Design, creation, and distribution of our marketing newsletter

  • Conducting A/B tests (subject lines, content, target groups)

  • Analysis and continuous optimization of performance

Data analysis & reporting

  • Analysis of campaign and marketing performance

  • Preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders

  • Derivation of concrete optimization and scaling recommendations

  • Management and further development of the marketing team

  • Responsibility for budget planning, prioritization, and efficient use of resources

  • Development of scalable marketing processes and clear KPI structures

Collaboration & marketing processes

  • Close collaboration with: Content marketing; Brand marketing; Sales; Business units & Partner Management

  • Ensuring a smooth handover of leads to sales

  • Identification of new channels, formats, and growth levers

Job requirements

Must-have

  • 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation

  • Previous experience scaling B2B marketing campaigns

  • Proficiency with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools

  • A strong data-driven approach to work

  • Enjoy working hands-on in campaigns

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or cloud environments

  • Knowledge of AWS or cloud technologies

  • Use of AI tools in marketing

  • Experience with complex B2B sales cycles
