As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns along the entire funnel. The goal is to generate qualified leads through data-driven, AI-supported multi-channel campaigns and to significantly support tecRacer's pipeline. Your role combines strategy and implementation, working closely with sales, partners (AWS) and external agencies to ensure that campaigns contribute measurably to business success.
Your Tasks:
Planning, orchestrating and managing multi-channel campaigns (paid, social, content, events)
Working closely with sales and business units to develop ICP-based campaigns
Using AI and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Agentic AI) to increase efficiency
Ownership of the campaign board: briefings, timelines, budget, deliverables
KPI tracking (MQL, SQL, pipeline) & derivation of optimisation measures
Management of external partners (e.g. agencies for paid, events, content)
Development of best practices for ABM, funnel optimisation and AI use
Job requirements
A university degree, preferably in marketing, communications or a similar field
At least 5 years of practical experience in B2B marketing, ideally IT/cloud/tech
In-depth knowledge of campaign management, paid media, ABM
Experience with HubSpot/CRM systems, AI-supported tools
Analytical skills & understanding of KPIs (attribution, conversion rates)
